How do I turn off that popping sound? The popping sound alerts you when someone is chatting on the chat room. To disable the sound, click on the speaker icon just above the word "chatango" on the chat room to the right.
Is There a delay between Live Stream and Chat Room? Yes, there is a 30-second delay between the live broadcast and when it appears online. That's the time it takes to encode the video and present it online. That's about as "live" as technology allows.
Seeing a black screen right now? If you are watching FOX 2 News online, then you may see a black screen during commercial breaks or when no news is currently airing. This is normal, and we will continue the broadcast shortly.
Chat room is moving too fast! How do I make it full-screen to see it more? Click on the "MyFox Saint Louis" words above the chat room, and it opens into a full screen.
Full Screen Mode: Double-click the media player window to open into full screen mode. Press ESC to return.
Are you using FireFox and see a squished video screen? Please update your Windows Media Player plugin. It was a problem that began when the new version was released. Click here for the updated plugin.
